Service Description

Our routine health care program for blood pressure management is a continued service designed to prevent illnesses, diseases, and other health problems. After your initial visit, we will schedule monthly and quarterly check-ups to ensure your regimen is working effectively, followed by bi-annual appointments as needed to track your progress. During your first year, you will receive a total of four visits for a cost of $325, including an initial visit, a one-month follow-up, a four-month check-up, and one additional appointment. After the first year, the cost changes to $150 per year for continued blood pressure management. At each visit, we will monitor your blood pressure, provide counseling on lifestyle changes, and adjust your medication regimen as needed.
