Compounded medications used at Sky Health Wellness Clinic are prepared by licensed 503A/503B pharmacies. Not all compounded medications are FDA-approved. Sky Health Wellness Clinic does not own the pharmacies used to produce compounds.

Patient Responsibility

Military Service Warning

U.S. service members should avoid peptide therapy. Many peptides are included on the Department of Defense’s Prohibited Dietary Supplement Ingredients list and may lead to disqualification, disciplinary action, or adverse findings during military screening. Active-duty personnel, reservists, and National Guard members should consult with their commanding officer or military medical provider before considering any investigational or non-FDA-approved peptide.
