Initial Blood Pressure Management Visit

Service Description

Our routine health care program is designed to help prevent illnesses, diseases, and other health problems through regular screenings, check-ups, and patient counseling. Our program includes an initial visit followed by monthly and quarterly check-ups to ensure that your blood pressure regimen is working effectively. We will schedule follow-up appointments every six months as needed to keep track of your progress. During your first year in our blood pressure management program, you will receive a total of four visits, including an initial visit, a one-month follow-up, a four-month check-up, and one additional appointment. The total cost for your first year in the program is $325. After the first year, the price changes to $150 per year for blood pressure management. At each visit, we will monitor your blood pressure and discuss any necessary adjustments to your medication regimen. We will also provide counseling on lifestyle changes that can help lower your blood pressure, such as diet and exercise. Our goal is to help you maintain healthy blood pressure levels and prevent serious health problems associated with high blood pressure.
